Fast Running is pleased to announce a new special feature with 10 runners in the spotlight as they try an attain their 2018 goals.

Named ‘Fast 10: class of 2018’, the group of runners from a range of disciplines and different stages of their career will outline their targets for the year ahead and provide monthly updates on their progress.

Goals are not only specifically all about racing. For some runners, it is about staying injury free or finding consistency in their training once again.

Each runner has their own story to tell as they reach for their goals, like 20 year-old sprinter Imani-Lara Lansiquot who is beginning her senior career or marathon man Dave Norman who is now looking to the veteran rankings.

The unique group either work or study alongside their running careers and will provide insights into how they find a balance, how they train, approach races and overcome obstacles throughout the year.

Without further ado…
