<p>Nothing is more refreshing than a cold smoothie packed with tons of vitamins and minerals after a run.</p>
<p>This green smoothie recipe, is packed with iron and calcium, plus with the addition of Kale, we are also adding vitamin A, vitamin B-6 and magnesium. We have also added beta-carotene carrots, helping promote eye health. This smoothie has it all!</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong><br />
1 cup blueberries<br />
500g bag of fresh curly kale<br />
2 bananas<br />
1 handful of almonds<br />
1 mango, peeled, pitted and chopped<br />
2 medium carrot, chopped<br />
1 cup of water</p>
<p><strong>Directions</strong><br />
Combine blueberries, kale, banana, chopped mango, almonds, carrots, and water in the blender until smooth.<br />
Serve immediately.</p>
